This is the evidence view. Different line colors represent the types of evidence for the association.

Your Input:
aceK
Isocitrate dehydrogenase kinase/phosphatase; Bifunctional enzyme which can phosphorylate or dephosphorylate isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) on a specific serine residue. This is a regulatory mechanism which enables bacteria to bypass the Krebs cycle via the glyoxylate shunt in response to the source of carbon. When bacteria are grown on glucose, IDH is fully active and unphosphorylated, but when grown on acetate or ethanol, the activity of IDH declines drastically concomitant with its phosphorylation (By similarity) (589 aa)

Network Display - Nodes are either colored (if they are directly linked to the input - as in the table) or white (nodes of a higher iteration/depth). Edges, i.e. predicted functional links, consist of up to eight lines: one color for each type of evidence. Hover or click to reveal more information about the node/edge.
