Ice1 | Little elongation complex subunit 1; Component of the little elongation complex (LEC), a complex required to regulate small nuclear RNA (snRNA) gene transcription by RNA polymerase II and III. Specifically acts as a scaffold protein that promotes the LEC complex formation and recruitment and RNA polymerase II occupancy at snRNA genes in subnuclear bodies. Belongs to the ICE1 family. Ptp99A | Protein tyrosine phosphatase 99A (Ptp99A) encodes a transmembrane receptor tyrosine phosphatase. Its single mutants have no known phenotypes, but Ptp99A synergizes with Ptp69D to increase the penetrance of the Ptp69D motor axon defects. Ptp99A mutations also suppress the 'bypass' motor axon phenotype produced by Lar mutations; Belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. Receptor class subfamily. (1397 aa) |
