1) '7227.FBpp0086911':
Psc - Polycomb group protein Psc; Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins act by forming multiprotein complexes, which are required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of homeotic genes throughout development. PcG proteins are not required to initiate repression, but to maintain it during later stages of development. Component of the PcG multiprotein PRC1 complex, a complex that acts via chromatin remodeling and modification of histones; it mediates monoubiquitination of histone H2A 'Lys-118', rendering chromatin heritably changed in its expressibility. Needed to maintain e [...]

2) '7227.FBpp0073036':
Ccz1 - Caffeine, calcium, zinc sensitivity 1 (Ccz1) encodes a protein that forms a complex with the product of Mon1 and acts as an exchange factor of the small G-protein encoded by Rab7. The Ccz1/Mon1 complex activates and recruits the product of Rab7 to the maturing endosome, where it organizes the fusion of the matured endosome with the lysosome. Ccz1/Mon1 complex loss of function results in Rab7 phenotypes.
